$45 each way plus $4.00/Mile
$30 additional each way for rides before 7:00 AM, after 6:00 PM and on weekends.
$50 additional each way for Holidays
$30 each way for extra-large wheelchairs or weight in excess of 350 pounds
$60/Hour wait-time if wait is arranged at time of reservation
