We provide transportation 24/7 including weekends and holidays. Our phone line is answered during normal business hours and we are often available evenings and weekends. Transportation can be scheduled here

We provide wheelchair accessible transportation services throughout the Southeast Wisconsin area, including all major hospitals, clinics, medical facilities and private residence. We are also available to provide long distance transportation outside of the metropolitan area.

SmartRide is here to take you anywhere you want to go including Medical Appointments, Hospital Discharges, Special Occasions/Holidays, Shopping, Dialysis, and Recurring Dates/Appointments.

SmartRide accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment must be arranged at the time of reservation. SmartRide does not accept payment from insurance carriers. We accept private payment from individuals and we can bill corporate customers on a monthly basis.

Yes you can bring a companion but it's not required. The first passenger is free, additional riders are $5 for a total of 3 companions maximum.

Our drivers will wait up to 15 minutes if your stay will be brief before your return trip. Typically, we ask that you call when you are ready to be picked up and we will send our next available driver. If you have a set time for your return ride we will make those arrangements at the time of reservation.

Although we can often accommodate same day requests, we recommend making your reservation one to two days ahead of time to assure we can accommodate your request.
